Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge at 2.5V (Li-ion) per cell, avoiding irreversible capacity loss from “weak cells” that can disable the entire 14S system, especially during 40A high-load operation.
40A Overcurrent & Short-Circuit Protection: Blocks currents exceeding 40A (max discharge) or 120A (peak surge), shielding the 14S pack and connected devices (e.g., electric scooters, heavy-duty drills) from burnout during startup or sustained high-power use.
14-Cell Active Balancing: Automatically equalizes voltage across all 14 cells during charging, eliminating uneven charge distribution—a major challenge in high-cell-count packs. This extends the 14S pack’s lifespan by up to 40% vs. unbalanced systems and maintains consistent 40A discharge performance.
