Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge at 2.0V (Li-ion) per cell, avoiding irreversible capacity loss from “weak cells” that can disable the entire 15S system, especially during 30A high-load operation.
30A Overcurrent & Short-Circuit Protection: Blocks currents exceeding 30A (max discharge) or 90A (peak surge), shielding the 15S pack and connected devices (e.g., heavy-duty cordless drills, mid-range e-scooters) from burnout during startup or sustained high-power use.
15-Cell Active Balancing: Automatically equalizes voltage across all 15 cells during charging, eliminating uneven charge distribution—a major challenge in high-cell-count packs. This extends the 15S pack’s lifespan by up to 35% compared to unbalanced systems and maintains consistent 30A discharge performance.
