This all-in-one unit combines rolling bearing, impulse ring and magnetic induction sensor, eliminating separate external encoder installation. It collects real-time rotational speed, rotation direction and 90° phase-shift quadrature pulse signals without extra assembly fixtures. Equipped with outer ring circlip positioning groove for axial limit, single-side RS1 contact rubber seal and C3 enlarged radial clearance to avoid seizure caused by thermal expansion under long-time heavy-load motor operation.
