Product Overview
SB110A is a heavy-duty radial spherical plain bearing complying with IKO standard dimensions, overall size 110×180×100 mm. Manufactured from high-toughness GCr15 chrome bearing steel, it consists of an inner spherical ring and an outer concave spherical ring fitted together.It is equipped with an integrated grease nipple for periodic grease replenishment, effectively reducing sliding friction and abrasion under heavy alternating loads. The spherical sliding contact surface features self-aligning performance, which automatically compensates angular misalignment between the shaft and housing bore. This bearing is designed exclusively for low-speed oscillating, tilting and swinging motions instead of continuous high-speed rotation, widely used on articulated hinge parts of all kinds of heavy industrial machinery.
