KINGDA planetary ball mills feature dust-resistant cast iron construction with a one-piece casting molding process for the main disk, significantly extending equipment lifespan compared to conventional splicing methods.
The planetary ball mill operates similarly to planetary motion in the solar system. Four or two ball mills positioned eccentrically on a turntable perform simultaneous rotation and revolution (1:2 ratio). This motion generates strong Coriolis forces, creating intense impact and friction that efficiently grind samples to powder as fine as 0.1μm.
A: Our 0.2L planetary ball mill (Model XQM-0.4A) measures 42*30*26cm and weighs 20kg, with larger models available up to 100L capacity.
A: We use specialized wear-resistant gears for reduced noise without oil seal leakage risks. Models above XQM-20 use oil seals with proper maintenance protocols.
