Low Temperature Planetary Ball Mill with Cooling Insulation Cotton is specially designed for grinding heat-sensitive materials under controlled low-temperature conditions. During high-speed planetary milling, strong friction between grinding balls and materials can generate significant heat, which may affect the physical or chemical properties of certain samples. The machine is equipped with a thermal insulation cotton layer and an air-cooling circulation system that helps reduce heat accumulation and maintain a stable grinding temperature environment. This design effectively keeps the temperature of the milling chamber at a low level, ensuring stable grinding performance and protecting temperature-sensitive materials.

The cooling insulation cotton plays an important role in maintaining temperature stability during operation. It reduces heat transfer from the milling chamber and improves the efficiency of the cooling system, allowing the generated heat to be quickly removed. As a result, the planetary ball mill can operate continuously for longer periods while maintaining a relatively stable temperature range. Inner Structure
KINGDA planetary ball mills feature dust-resistant cast iron construction with a one-piece casting molding process for the main disk, significantly extending equipment lifespan compared to conventional splicing methods.
Working Principle
The planetary ball mill operates similarly to planetary motion in the solar system. Four or two ball mills positioned eccentrically on a turntable perform simultaneous rotation and revolution (1:2 ratio). This motion generates strong Coriolis forces, creating intense impact and friction that efficiently grind samples to powder as fine as 0.1μm.

Our 0.2L planetary ball mill (Model XQM-0.4A) measures 42*30*26cm and weighs 20kg, with larger models available up to 100L capacity.
What maintenance does the equipment require?
We use specialized wear-resistant gears for reduced noise without oil seal leakage risks. Models above XQM-20 use oil seals with proper maintenance protocols.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit via T/T with 70% balance against B/L copy, or 100% L/C at sight. We provide product photos and B/L copies before final payment.
