Our chocolate coating machine, or enrober, is essential for uniformly applying liquid chocolate to confectionery centers like energy bar,cereal bar,granola bar,protein bar,puffed rice candy bar,snack bar,biscuits, nuts, fruits, or candies. Its primary function is to immerse products in tempered chocolate, ensuring a smooth, consistent coating layer. The process of the chocolate enrobing machine begins with a pre-warming conveyor to prepare items, followed by immersion in a chocolate reservoir. A flow pan creates a controlled chocolate curtain, while a vibrating grid removes excess coating for optimal thickness.
