The Kemaisi intelligent turnstile completely changes this model : visitors make an online reservation and receive a dynamic QR code , then scan the code to pass through – a completely paperless process . The system grants permissions strictly according to the reserved time slot , and expired codes automatically become invalid . At the same time , the turnstile supports two in one facial recognition and card swiping , allowing both employees and visitors to pass using facial recognition without needing to carry any card . The device integrates mechanical , electronic , microprocessor control , and various identification technologies . It is compatible with card readers for IC cards , ID cards , barcode cards , fingerprints , and more , and optional modules such as safety protection , alarms , and direction indicators can be added to achieve intelligent passage control .
