The Kemaisi intelligent anti static turnstile is specifically designed for highly sensitive workshops such as semiconductor manufacturing , chip assembly and testing , precision instruments , optical equipment , and aerospace electronics . In these environments , static electricity carried by employees can reach several thousand volts . When they come into contact with precision components , it can cause invisible damage , leading to lower yields , product failure , and even customer claims . Traditional management often only puts up a sign saying “ please touch the static discharge ball ” . Employees who are in a hurry or simply forget walk straight in – the measure becomes ineffective . Moreover , when a quality complaint related to static occurs , there is no way to verify who failed to take proper protection on that day . This turnstile enforces mandatory electrostatic testing : employees must use the test pad next to the turnstile , and only when the static value is within the acceptable range will the gate open , physically preventing non compliant personnel from entering the workshop . If the test fails , the system gives a voice prompt : “ Static excessive – please use the static discharge ball ” . The employee presses the static discharge ball ( which can be placed next to the turnstile ) for 3 to 5 seconds and then takes the test again . If the result is now acceptable , passage is granted . All passage records are automatically saved , including employee ID , time , static test value , pass or fail result , and whether the static discharge ball was used . The quality department can retrieve reports at any time for customer complaint tracking and internal audits . The body is made of 304 stainless steel , which is waterproof , UV resistant , cold resistant , and heat resistant – robust , durable , and aesthetically pleasing . The mechanism uses a unique mechanical structure , operating smoothly with low noise and a long service life .
