Indoor amusement parks handle large volumes of pedestrian traffic every day. However, traditional management methods often face the following problems:
1. Difficult time‑limit management :
A customer buys a 2‑hour ticket but refuses to leave when the time is up. This affects the entry of the next group of customers and easily leads to disputes.
2. Uncontrolled re‑entry :
One parent buys a ticket and then takes several children in one after another, or enters and exits repeatedly – this reduces legitimate revenue.
3. Wristband abuse :
Wristbands can be easily removed and given to another person, or they can be deliberately damaged and still used, resulting in ticket revenue loss.
4. Low‑efficiency manual ticket checking :
Long queues form at the entrance during peak hours. Parents become impatient, and staff are under great pressure.
Kemaisi solution :
1. Precise time‑limit control :
The QR code on the wristband starts timing from the moment it is scanned at the entrance. When the time expires, the turnstile automatically blocks further passage. The system can be configured with an “extend time / repay” rule – the customer can pay for extra time at the front desk or at a self‑service kiosk and then resume passage.
2. Entry / exit frequency control :
Multiple modes are supported, such as “single entry + one exit for toilet use” or “multiple entries and exits”. Operators can flexibly configure these settings to prevent one ticket being used by several people.
3. Tamper‑proof and tear‑proof design :
Special wristbands are used. If forcibly opened or torn, the QR code is destroyed and cannot be scanned again. This effectively prevents the wristband from being transferred to another person.
4. Fast ticket checking and passage :
Customers scan their own QR code to pass through – no manual ticket checking required. No congestion during peak hours, and reduced pressure on staff.
5. Real‑time data synchronisation :
The system automatically records entry and exit times, as well as remaining time, for each wristband. Operators can view the current number of people inside and ticket sales data at any time via a mobile phone or computer.
