The KMS-T525 office building entrance speed gate turnstile is designed for this daily rush. Employees verify with a face, card or QR code and walk through in 0.5 seconds, while visitors receive temporary permission from the reception desk instead of a paper log book.

The slim 304 stainless steel cabinet and transparent acrylic swing arms match modern lobby interiors, with cabinet length, colour and channel width customisable to fit the entrance layout. Six lanes can share one management platform, so the property team controls floor permissions, tenant access groups, visitor time slots and attendance records from a single screen. The gate links to elevator control, fire alarm and building management systems, and IP43 / IP54 protection keeps operation stable in air conditioned lobbies and semi-outdoor entrances.

Different permission groups can be configured per lane: employees use face or card, visitors receive a QR code valid only for the reserved time slot, and contractors are limited to authorised floors. Expired visitor codes become invalid automatically.

Relay, 12V level, 12V pulse, RS485 and TCP/IP interfaces connect the gates to the building access control platform, so all lanes, floors, elevators and tenant groups are managed and audited centrally.

5. Anti-tailgating and anti-crush safety

Infrared sensors detect a second person following a verified user and stop the passage with an alarm. The acrylic arms retract when resistance is felt, protecting people, bags and trolleys, and they release for free passage on fire alarm.
