A 201 stainless steel version is available on request for dry indoor sites with a lower budget, but for playgrounds and water-adjacent areas we recommend 304 because of its better resistance to moisture and cleaning chemicals.

2. Will the stainless steel rust in a humid indoor playground?

304 stainless steel does not rust from water or normal indoor humidity. In areas with high chlorine content, such as swimming pool surroundings or strong disinfectant use, we suggest wiping the surface with clean water after cleaning and choosing the higher grade option for coastal or chemical-heavy sites.

3. How does the timed entry work for a playground?

The visitor scans the QR code on the ticket, the lane opens in 0.5 seconds and the timer starts. When the purchased time expires the lane refuses entry until an overtime supplement ticket is issued, and the operator can read the number of people inside, entry time and exit time from the management software at any moment.

4. Can the entrance width and cabinet size be customized?

Yes. The standard channel width is 550mm to 1000mm and the cabinet size, arm length, card reader position and finish can all be adjusted to fit the existing gate layout. Please send us the site plan or a photo of the entrance and our engineers will confirm the drawing before production.
