This Wing Barrier Turnstile Gate runs the front door of a 24 hour unstaffed gym. A member taps a card, phone or face at the pillar, the lane checks the membership record, opens the acrylic wing in 0.5 seconds and lets one person in, so an expired package, a used up class pack or a frozen membership is politely refused with a red light and a voice prompt instead of an argument at the desk. Every entry and exit is logged for attendance and footfall reporting, six pairs of infrared sensors stop a second person from slipping in behind, and power failure fire mode opens the lane so members can leave safely at any hour.
