Visitor Access Tripod Turnstile Gate

Product Introduction

Managing visitors at a busy building is still a weak point for many companies. Manual registration at the reception desk is slow, leaves an unprofessional first impression, and temporary visitor cards are easily lost or passed on, creating real security risks. The Kemaisi visitor access tripod turnstile gate turns that around with a fully digital, one-person-one-code visitor flow. A guest makes an appointment online and receives a dynamic QR code by message. On arrival they simply scan the code at the turnstile and walk through, with no paperwork, no front-desk queue and no temporary card to lose. Passage is granted strictly within the reserved time slot, and an expired code becomes invalid automatically, so visitors can never overstay or hand their access to someone else. The tri-arm mechanism runs smoothly and quietly with a long service life, and on a power failure the gate unlocks to free-passage mode for fire evacuation. It is the ideal reception solution for technology firms, office towers, business parks and high-end communities.

Product Advantages

1 . Online appointment, one person one code

Visitors book online and receive a dynamic QR code, then scan it to pass through the turnstile. This replaces manual registration and temporary cards with a fully paperless process that lifts the company professional image.

2 . Precise time slot permission control

Passage is only allowed during the reserved time slot. Expired QR codes automatically become invalid, eliminating the security risks caused by lost temporary cards or visitors overstaying their welcome.

3 . Low noise and durable mechanism

The unique mechanical structure ensures smooth operation, low noise, high reliability and a long service life, reducing maintenance frequency and keeping the lobby calm and professional.

4 . Automatic unlocking on power failure

When power fails, the gate automatically opens to mechanical free-passage mode, ensuring unobstructed emergency evacuation and full compliance with fire safety regulations.

5 . Automatic reset to prevent misuse

After a permission is granted, if the visitor does not pass within the set time the system cancels the authorisation and resets, preventing code reuse and tailgating at the entrance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: How does the visitor system work?

Visitors make an online appointment and receive a dynamic QR code by message. On arrival they scan the code at the turnstile to pass, giving a paperless, self-service reception flow without front-desk registration.

Q2: Can a visitor use the code outside the booked time?

No. Passage is granted strictly within the reserved time slot, and an expired QR code becomes invalid automatically, so visitors cannot overstay or reuse the credential.

Q3: Does it also support staff card access?

Yes. Besides visitor QR codes, it supports RFID/IC/ID cards, face, iris and fingerprint recognition, mobile NFC, password and remote opening, so staff and visitors share one intelligent entrance.

Q4: Is the gate suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. The 304 stainless steel body and weather-resistant design allow reliable operation both indoors and outdoors, suitable for office buildings, business parks and community entrances.

Q5: What happens during a power failure?

The gate unlocks automatically and switches to mechanical free-passage mode for rapid evacuation, and it can be linked with fire alarm systems for emergency opening.
