Tailgating is one of the hardest problems to control at any gated entrance. When one authorised person opens the barrier, an unauthorised follower can slip through in the same rotation, and a single valid credential is quietly used by two or three people. Card readers and staff alone cannot stop it, especially during busy hours, which leads to revenue loss and real security risk. The Kemaisi anti-tailgating tripod turnstile gate is engineered to close that gap. A high-precision infrared sensor array monitors the passage in real time, and the intelligent control logic permits exactly one person per valid authorisation. If a second person attempts to follow, the arm locks instantly and an alarm is triggered, while the whole event is logged. Combined with single-use anti-copy QR codes and a robust 304 stainless steel body, it delivers accurate, one-person-per-pass access control for offices, factories, cinemas, stadiums and other high-security venues.
A high-precision infrared sensor array monitors the passage and detects a second person attempting to follow. The arm locks instantly and an audible alarm sounds, so a single credential can never admit two people.
The control system permits passage for exactly one person per valid authorisation. Once a person has passed, the permission is consumed, blocking any attempt to reuse the same credential for a follower.
Any abnormal following behaviour is detected in real time and triggers an alarm, while every entry and exit is logged. Operators can review events from the backend at any time for full traceability.
Each QR code is valid for one scan only, with anti-copy protection. One code per person, invalid after scanning, technically preventing screenshot forgery or reuse that would otherwise enable tailgating.
The 304 stainless steel housing is corrosion and impact resistant and waterproof, UV, cold and heat resistant, maintaining reliable performance and a clean look in both indoor and outdoor entrances.
The unique mechanical design runs smoothly with very low noise and withstands high-frequency start-stop cycles for a service life of 5 million operations, reducing maintenance cost.
If a user does not pass within the set time, the permission is cancelled and the gate resets, preventing reuse. On a power failure the gate unlocks automatically to mechanical free-passage mode for fire evacuation.
