A1: We are factory with sales office & factory in Dongguan, Our China factory with BSCl certificate SEDEX approve.
Q2: Can l get a sample before order ?
A2:Yes we can provide sample free of charge, buyer just need to pay for the courier charge. It will take 7 - 14 days as preparation.
Q3: How about the Shipping Method ?
A3: Our goods will ship to Yantian Shenzhen port.
Q4: How about the delivery date ?
A4: We need 60 days as production lead time after order confirmed.
For the repeat item, 45 days will be fine.
We have no stock at hand so need to prepare material & arrange mass production according to your purchase order.
Q5: How about the label and the logo ?
A5: Yes we can print your Logo on product & packing, just sent us label or artwork format then we will create new artwork or print press for you.
Q6: Can l use my own color / design ?
A6: Surely you can !
You can change the color include body & parts, components and pattern, we can follow your design or artwork in mass production.
For some new design tooling might needed, we will advise tooling cost / lead time before create.
Q7: How about the MOQ ?
A7: Normally we asking 600pcs per style color, for some in-line item, it might less even to 300pcs per style/color.
Q8: Can l visit your showroom & production plant?
A8: Yes you are welcome!

Q9: What’s your payment terms ?
A9: T/T or L/C are acceptable.
Our regular payment terms are T/T with 30% deposit + 70% against bill of lading.
Besides, Paypal and cheque are acceptable as well.
Q10 : What’s your regular packing ?
A10 : Mostly our item will pack by open stock, however we can change the packaging according to your request, such as PDQ, pallet, Color box, gift box or else.
