MD-BSM is the automatic equipment used for single-cell single-side insulation gasket sticking, the tilting hooper convienet for feeding the whole box battery.
This euipment completes the function of pasting the insulation gasketto the battery(cell) by PLC controlling the stepping motor and cylinder.
With simple and elegant mechanical system, stable performance, it is one of the most cost-effective insulation gasket pasting machines among similar products on the market at present.
Battery Sticking Machine Features
1. Display Screen: Touchable Micro-computer, easy operation, multi-function, real-time monitoring the operation state and the target capacity.monitoring the operation status & target capacity.
2. Feeding mechanism: Tilting Hopper chain type circulating feeding trough, suitable for feeding the whole box battery manually, battery layout in alignment, stable operation, which can realize manually fast and uninterrupted feeding.
3. Material winding mechanism: adopting stepper motor to ensure the fixed length precision of each drawing, automaticlly indentifying and collecting waste material.
4. Punching mechanism: adopting the frequency conversion technology to make the motor run more smoothly, faster and with less noise. The 4 cavities design greatly improves the punching efficiency.
5. Discharging Channel: Adopting Closed-loop stepping mechanical arm to discharge, ensure the faster discharging, the battery in alignment, convient for following process.
6. Round smooth polished edge, stable fasting feeding without crashing and scracthing.
