The XW-5V300A16CH is a prismatic battery cell grading machine providing 16 independent channels for charge and discharge testing. The equipment operates under computer control with whole-cabinet integration and scanning system, designed for prismatic lithium battery cell manufacturing quality control.

Bidirectional power supply design with energy feedback regeneration function, energy saving efficiency reaching more than 60%. Field effect tube power stage suitable for lower voltage discharge such as lithium iron phosphate batteries. STM32 single-chip microcontroller control with computer connection. Can save all test data and curves, also operable directly through equipment keyboard for process setting and testing with sorting.
Each of 16 channels operates with a single point independent constant current and constant voltage source, stable and shock-free during mode transitions. Supports start, stop, pause, continue and protection functions.
Charge/discharge modes: Constant current, constant voltage, constant current constant voltage/constant current, constant power, constant resistance. Charging cut-off conditions: Voltage, current, time, capacity, △V. Discharge cut-off conditions: Voltage, time, capacity. Process settings: 64 process step parameters and 256 cycles can be set.
Protection functions: Overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, undercurrent protection, overcapacity protection, power failure protection, data breakpoint recovery.
Graphical operation interface displays voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery simultaneously with color-coded working status and abnormal conditions. Real-time detection and display of each battery status. Modular design, easy to maintain.
