The XW-MNT10000 is the highest-current transistor model in the XW-MN series, delivering 10000A transistor precision welding in a compact pneumatic gantry configuration. Engineered for Li-ion, Ni-MH, and Ni-Cd cylindrical battery pack assembly, it combines pneumatic-driven welding head actuation with advanced transistor constant-current control for exceptional weld consistency on cells from 18650 to 33140.

10000A Transistor Precision Control: DC transistor power source provides stable constant-current welding performance with superior waveform stability, ensuring consistent nugget formation on pure nickel and nickel-plated steel tabs from 0.1mm to 0.3mm thickness.
Pneumatic Gantry Design: Compact 800mm x 600mm table with pneumatic-driven welding head delivers smooth, repeatable electrode force controlled by a standard compressed air supply, ideal for medium-batch and high-mix production environments.
