The machine includes an integrated conveyor system for automatic feeding of prismatic battery modules into the compression station and discharge after cycle completion. This allows the XW-PC12-300A to be positioned within an automated production line, receiving modules from upstream processes and transferring compressed modules to downstream stations without manual handling.
In automatic cycle mode, the machine runs compression sequences continuously based on preset parameters. Once the target compression length and pressure are configured through the touch screen, each module entering the station is processed automatically. A production counter tracks completed cycles, and real-time pressure and length data from each compression sequence is displayed on the interface.
The servo motor and electric cylinder operate under PLC control, executing the compression cycle based on the preset length and pressure values. The cycle ends when either parameter reaches its threshold. The high-precision pressure sensor provides 0.1kg measurement resolution, with 0.01mm position accuracy maintained through servo encoder feedback throughout the automated sequence.
The touch screen interface provides cycle parameter configuration, real-time pressure and length monitoring, production counting, and status indication. The display allows operators to review cycle data and adjust compression presets for different module configurations during production changeovers.
The XW-PC12-300A is designed for placement within automated prismatic battery module production lines. The conveyor system enables connection with upstream equipment such as cell sorting and stacking stations, and downstream processes including module testing and pack assembly. The machine accepts standard communication protocols, supporting integration with production line control systems for synchronized operation and data exchange with manufacturing execution systems for quality documentation and traceability.
The XW-PC12-300A serves automated prismatic battery production environments including electric vehicle battery manufacturing facilities, energy storage system assembly plants, and contract battery pack manufacturers operating continuous production lines. The machine handles prismatic cells assembled into modules for EV passenger cars, commercial vehicle batteries, and stationary storage applications within its 300kg and 1000mm working envelope. As with the XW-PC12 series, the compression stroke is customizable to match specific module dimensions.
