  • Pre-Configured for 1P8S & 1P16S: The kit is factory-optimized for the two most common prismatic cell pack topologies. 1P8S (8 cells in series) suits 24V nominal systems; 1P16S (16 cells in series) targets 48V nominal energy storage and light EV applications. Custom cell counts available on request.
  • Three-Cell Compatibility: Engineered for 100Ah, 280Ah, and 314Ah LiFePO4 prismatic cells — the industry's most widely adopted capacities. End plate dimensions and CCS busbar geometry are optimized for each cell size to ensure perfect fit and low contact resistance.
  • High-Performance CCS Module: Tinned copper or nickel-plated copper busbars achieve ≤0.001Ω contact resistance for efficient, low-loss current transmission. UL94 V-0 fire-retardant insulation materials (PA66/PPO/PEEK) provide excellent anti-short-circuit and anti-leakage protection across a -40℃ to +85℃ operating range.
  • Robust Mechanical Structure: End plates provide precise cell compression, maintaining optimal stack pressure for cycle life. Stainless steel belts deliver uniform binding force with excellent vibration and shock resistance for mobile and stationary applications.
  • Integrated Signal Acquisition: The CCS module integrates voltage sensing taps and temperature monitoring points, enabling direct connection to your BMS for comprehensive pack monitoring and protection.
