High-Speed Sealing
For prismatic pack casing, 6000W enables extreme welding speeds, creating a "flash" weld that minimizes total heat input. This prevents electrolyte overheating while ensuring a 100% hermetic seal.
Thick Busbar Penetration
Aluminum busbars require high energy density to overcome thermal dissipation. Our 6000W system effortlessly handles 2.0mm, 3.0mm, and 4.0mm aluminum plates, providing smooth, crack-free weld beads with superior tensile strength.
Overcoming High Reflectivity
Standard lasers struggle with aluminum's reflective surface. Our fiber laser source combined with high-end optics ensures stable beam absorption, eliminating "false welding" or power fluctuations during processing.
Advanced Wobble Technology
The integrated smart-swing welding head enables precise beam oscillation, breaking the oxide layer on aluminum surfaces. This significantly reduces porosity and ensures clean, aesthetic welds without spatter.
Advanced Galvo & Gantry Integration
