Product Description
This semi-automatic assembly line is designed for the assembly of prismatic lithium battery packs for applications such as ESS, EV, AGV, UPS, and electric two/ three-wheelers. The line integrates a full range of key processes, including cell capacity grading, voltage and internal resistance sorting, cell stacking and pressing, laser cleaning, laser welding, BMS testing, comprehensive battery performance testing, and battery aging. The modular configuration ensures stable quality, high consistency, and flexible production to meet diverse battery pack manufacturing requirements.
Assembly Process
Cell capacity grading → Cell Voltage & IR sorting → Module stacking & pressing → Terminal laser cleaning → Module laser welding → BMS testing → Battery pack comprehensive testing → Battery pack aging testing
