Product Description

ACEY-S200B automatic battery spot welding machine is designed for factory-level spot welding and assembly of battery packs using 32140 and 33140 cylindrical cells in multi-parallel and multi-series configurations.

The spot welder is built on an industrial-grade, modular intelligent control platform. Its control system integrates an industrial PC, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and precision linear modules, delivering high positioning accuracy, strong process flexibility, and fast operating speed. This architecture ensures stable welding quality and efficient production, even for complex pack structures and high-volume manufacturing.

Equipped with a 21.5-inch high-definition display for clearer visualization and more intuitive operation.
Supports three programming methods: manual input, array programming, and direct CAD file import, allowing fast setup even for complex welding patterns.Welding head available
with air cooling or water cooling to effectively control electrode temperature and maintain consistent weld quality.Capable of storing up to 999 programs, enabling quick file selection
without time-consuming line changes or machine re-adjustment.One-touch global weld point offset calibration compensates for position deviation caused by electrode replacement or mechanical changes.
Higher welding efficiency with a cycle time of ≤0.35 s per weld point (actual speed depends on the selected welding power source); servo welding head output can reach up to 2,500cells per hour.
Core components are sourced from Japan and Taiwan, delivering superior accuracy, stability, and service life compared with systems using standard domestic parts.
Automatic fault detection with alarm and machine stop; welding can resume immediately after troubleshooting.
Built-in power-off and breakpoint recovery function allows welding to continue from any adjusted position after interruptions.
Welding power source is configurable, enabling customers to select the most suitable welder according to process and application requirements.
Real-time automatic compensation of electrode length reduces setup and adjustment time (servo welding head).
Servo-driven electric welding head provides higher stability, faster response, and controlled pressure to prevent cell damage (servo welding head).
