Product Description
ACEY-5000D lithium ion battery pack spot welder is a versatile platform designed for cylindrical battery pack assembly. It supports cells such as 18650, 21700, and 26650, as well as welding of nickel and nickel-plated steel strips. The machine is widely used for battery packs applied in e-bikes, scooters, and other light electric vehicles. Built on an industrial-grade modular intelligent control platform, it can automatically detect spatter, false welds, weak welds, and missed welds with alarm functions, helping improve weld quality and overall production efficiency. It is especially suitable for small-batch battery pack welding and flexible production needs.
