Product Description
ACEY-D300B is a double-sided spot welding machine designed for cylindrical lithium battery packs with multi-parallel and multi-series configurations. It supports a wide range of cell models including 14500, 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700 and 33140, making it suitable for flexible production requirements. The system is widely used in electric power tool batteries, balance and torsion vehicle batteries, energy storage battery packs, and electric scooter or EV battery packs. Welding current options of 5000A, 8000A and 10000A are available, with both DC welding and transistor welding types selectable to match different materials and process standards.
