Product Description
ACEY-D300A battery pack spot welding machine is a factory-grade double-sided spot welding solution for cylindrical lithium battery packs with multi-parallel and multi-series configurations. It supports a wide range of cell models including 14500, 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700, and 33140, offering strong adaptability for different pack designs. The system allows direct AutoCAD data import for welding programs, automatically compensates for minor electrode position deviations, and continuously monitors and records production data. Weld quality is analyzed in real time, with automatic detection of spatter, false welds, weak welds, and missed welds, triggering alarms and machine stop to ensure stable and consistent production quality.
