Product Description

ACEY-D300B is a fully automatic double-sided battery pack spot welding machine specifically designed for battery assembly and welding in battery pack factories. It is suitable for series and parallel welding of various cylindrical battery models such as 14500/18650/21700/26650/32700/33140. Equipped with an 8000A transistor welding power supply and a PC control system, it can precisely control welding current, pulse width, and welding time, ensuring stable and consistent welding quality. It is widely used in battery pack welding for power tools, electric scooters and bicycles, and torque vehicles.

21.5-inch high-definition touchscreen for clearer display and more convenient operation
Three programming modes: manual input, array programming, and CAD file import, enabling fast and easy editing of complex welding programs
Welding heads with optional air cooling or water cooling, effectively reducing electrode temperature and ensuring stable welding quality
Up to 999 welding programs can be stored, with quick file calling and no need for complicated line change or machine re-setup
One-key overall weld point offset calibration, allowing quick correction of position deviation caused by electrode replacement or other factors
High welding efficiency, with welding speed ≤ 0.35 s per spot (speed varies depending on the selected welding power supply); up to 2,500 cells per hour with a servo welding head
Core components sourced from Japan and Taiwan, offering over twice the precision, stability, and service life compared with machines using standard domestic components
Automatic welding alarm and stop function; welding can resume after fault clearance
Built-in power-off and breakpoint resume function, allowing manual position adjustment and continued welding after interruption
Configurable welding power supply options, enabling flexible selection based on different customer requirements
Real-time automatic electrode length compensation, reducing electrode adjustment time (servo welding head)
