Product Description
ACEY-LWM3000Z gantry-type continuous galvo automatic laser welder is designed for welding aluminum and copper busbar connectors in prismatic lithium battery PACK assemblies. It is equipped with an integrated CCD monitoring system that simplifies setup and allows real-time observation of weld quality. A built-in red light positioning system enables fast and accurate alignment of the welding position and focal point, making operation straightforward and efficient. In addition to battery applications, the machine is suitable for welding copper, aluminum, iron, nickel, and their alloy materials.
