ACEY-LWM6000Z high power laser welder machine is suitable for welding copper, aluminum, iron, nickel, and their alloy materials, and is especially designed for welding aluminum busbars and nickel-plated connections in prismatic lithium battery pack assemblies, as well as various metal connectors. Equipped with a high-power continuous fiber laser and a high-power galvo welding head, it delivers fast welding speed, high precision, and stable weld quality, while supporting complex welding paths. The machine features an integrated CCD monitoring system for easy setup and real-time weld inspection, along with a red-light positioning system that enables quick and accurate alignment of the welding position and focal point, ensuring simple and efficient operation.
