Product Description
ACEY-3753A Automatic ultrasonic aluminum wire bonding machine adopts a rotating welding head design, equipped with a digital fully automatic frequency tracking ultrasonic system and digital pressure regulation function, equipped with high-precision image recognition device and fully closed-loop motion control system, to achieve fully automated operation of coarse aluminum wire bonding. Widely used for welding various cylindrical lithium batteries and prismatic batteries such as 18650, 21700, 26800, etc., supporting customized adaptation according to different battery models.

5. X adopts imported linear motor, Y and Z modules are driven by precision ball screws, and the distance repeat positioning accuracy is less than ±0.02mm, the angular positioning accuracy of C axis is ±1°.
6. The control system adopts industrial computer + motion control card to control the operation of the private server motor. The equipment is easy to operate and maintain, the control interface is friendly, and the parameter setting is digital; it is more flexible.
7. Adopt quick clamp clamping, single button start, easy and safe for personnel to unload materials.
