Product Description
ACEY-CCD01C CCD Tester is an automated visual inspection system specifically designed for lithium-ion battery pack assembly. Controlled by an industrial computer and equipped with a high-definition camera, the device accurately detects the polarity of the battery terminals, preventing short circuits caused by incorrect placement during welding. Using a conveyor belt design, it can automatically return or pass batteries based on the inspection results, significantly improving the efficiency of the battery pack assembly line.
