Product Description
ACEY-CCD01 CCD tester is designed for automatic inspection of the positive and negative electrodes of cylindrical lithium battery cells. Using an industrial camera, the system captures electrode images and compares their quantity and position with reference samples to determine OK or NG results.
NG positions are clearly identified, enabling reliable polarity verification before spot welding and effectively preventing assembly defects caused by incorrect electrode orientation.

Cell loading → Image capture → Polarity inspection → NG judgment → OK output
