ACEY-SP1200 prismatic battery module stacking and pressing machine is designed for stacking, compressing, and strapping prismatic lithium battery cells, using a servo motor, ball screw module, and planetary gearbox to deliver precise and stable pressing force controlled by a pressure controller, with a maximum thrust exceeding 500 kg; it supports quick model changeover, allows accurate control of stacking stroke and pressure, and features triple protection—including software limits, hardware limit switches, and pressure limits—to prevent over-compression, ensuring high pressing accuracy, safety, and consistency in battery module assembly.
