Product Description
ACEY-BCT510-512H battery capacity grading machine is designed for the formation and capacity grading stages of lithium battery manufacturing. It is used to accurately test key parameters such as voltage, capacity, and charge/discharge performance, ensuring cell consistency before downstream processes.
The system supports a wide range of cylindrical lithium-ion cells with diameters from 18 to 32 mm and lengths from 65 to 200 mm, including 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700, and 32140 cells. It is widely applied in battery cell factories and battery pack assembly plants.
Equipped with an energy regeneration (energy feedback) function, the cabinet converts discharged energy back to the power grid, significantly reducing power consumption and heat generation, and improving overall energy efficiency.
