Description
NDJ-D-1S/5S/8S the NDJ digital viscometer features a modern design, next‑generation mechanical construction, and refined manufacturing. It incorporates microprocessor control technology, an RS‑232C printer interface for reliable data transfer, and a high‑brightness LED display with blue backlighting for clear, legible data presentation.
Features
1.NDJ series digital viscometer, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at constant speed through variable speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will produce the viscous moment acting on the rotor. The greater the viscosity of the liquid, the greater the viscosity moment;conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smeller the viscous moment. The viscous moment acting on the rotor is detected and picked upby the sensor, and the vicosities of the tested iquid are obtained by computer processing.
2.The instrument has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good anti-inteference performance, wide working voltoge (110V-240V 50HZ -60HZ- 12v), reliable test results,convenient operation and beautiful appearance. It is used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.
It can be widely used in oils, paints, plastics, drugs, ornaments, etc. Viscosity measurement of various objects such as paint detergents.
3.The display screen clearly shows the rotor number, rotational speed, the viscosity value of the measured liquid and its full percentage value.
4. The instrument is equipped with four kinds of rotors (No. 1,2,3, 4).
5. NDJ-5S has 16 combinations of four rotational speeds (6, 12, 30, 60 rpm). The viscosities of various liquids in the range of measurement can be measured.
