ACEY-FM200 the equipment is primarily used for hot‑pressing and shaping wound battery cells, preparing them for subsequent casing assembly. The wound cell is placed on a template where it undergoes controlled pressure and heating to achieve uniform thickness, reduce cell elasticity, lower the risk of internal short circuits, and ensure consistent finished cell dimensions. This system operates as an automatic thermoforming machine.
