Product Description
ACEY-SDC-1 The semi-automatic die‑cutting machine is designed for cutting positive and negative electrode sheets from laminated lithium‑ion battery materials. The system utilizes a pressure cylinder to stamp individual or coiled electrode blanks and can be equipped with custom‑shaped die‑cut tools according to customer specifications, enabling the formation and cutting of battery electrodes in various dimensions.

*Using infrared positioning device, accurate and convenient pole piece positioning die-cutting;
*It is convenient and quick to change the knife mold;
* Long tool life, normal use ≥ 30,000 times;
* There are no quality defects such as burrs, powder falling, and indentation;
*Between manual and fully automatic, high efficiency 800～2000 pieces/hour;
(According to the size of the die-cut pole piece, 1-8 pieces can be punched each time, the standard is 2 pieces)
