The ACEY-SS11 is an automatic device designed for sorting and insulation paper sticking of cylindrical batteries including models 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, and 32700. It is a cost-effective integrated solution that combines both sorting and sticker application functions. The two machine modules share the same loading and receiving direction, and can be operated either as a combined system or as separate standalone units. The sticker die is replaceable, supporting various battery sizes such as 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, and 32700. The sorting section can be configured with 5, 6, or 11 channels to suit different production requirements.
