The ACEY-BCT560-64P is a comprehensive lithium battery charge and discharge testing system featuring 64 independent channels. Standard equipment includes customized flat-head clamps and polymer battery fixtures. This system is designed for testing voltage, capacity, and various performance parameters of prismatic and pouch cells. With its stable and precise performance, it's ideal for battery capacity grading and quality assessment applications.

Each battery is powered by an independent constant-current and constant-voltage source, ensuring stable operation without current impact.
STM32 microcontroller control with computer connectivity supports data collection, curve recording, and process configuration.
The equipment keyboard panel enables manual test setup, parameter display, and sorting operations.
Real-time monitoring and display of individual battery status are provided.
Abnormal channels automatically shut down with indicator light activation for quick identification.
Power-off protection allows the system to resume the previous testing process upon power recovery.
MOSFET power devices make the system suitable for low-voltage discharge batteries, including LiFePO4 cells.
A graphical operation interface clearly displays battery voltage, current, time, capacity, working status, and abnormal conditions.
