Utilizing industrial-grade CCD camera technology and intelligent image processing, the system precisely identifies positive and negative terminals to prevent reverse polarity assembly and enhance production safety.
The machine automatically captures battery images, compares them against preset standards, and delivers OK or NG results within one second. Defective batteries can be automatically marked or rejected, significantly reducing manual inspection while improving consistency and production efficiency.
