The ACEY-AS11S is an 11-channel automatic sorting machine engineered for cylindrical battery cells. It performs cell inspection and pairing prior to battery pack assembly. The system combines a PC control architecture with a motion controller, high-precision servo drives, and a HIOKI BT3561A battery tester to deliver fully automatic feeding, measurement, classification, and material collection.
Cylindrical cells are loaded into the hopper and fed through a feeding chute. Based on preset testing thresholds, qualified cells are routed to their corresponding output bins, while defective cells are diverted to a dedicated rejection area. The platform includes built-in functions for test data analysis, archival storage, and automated production reporting, allowing operators to track cell lots and audit sorting outcomes with ease.
The equipment supports standalone operation and can also be linked to an automatic insulation paper pasting machine. With barcode scanning capability and MES connectivity, it enables seamless data capture and information synchronization throughout the battery pack manufacturing line.
