The ACEY-HSM5035C shrink tunnel is designed to pass film-wrapped goods through a thermally heated chamber, tightly shrinking the packaging film around the product. Equipped with stainless steel heating elements and a hot air recirculation system, it delivers even heat distribution throughout the shrinking tunnel. Operators can adjust conveyor speed and chamber temperature to match different shrink films and product specifications.
This model is compatible with PE, POF, PVC and PP shrink films. The overall tunnel dimension is 1,800 × 500 × 350 mm (L × W × H), and the effective working opening reaches 400 × 300 mm (W × H). A chain roller conveyor carries items through the heating zone and can bear a maximum load of 25 kg.
