ACEY-CCD01C CCD Visual Inspection Machine is designed for automatic positive and negative electrode detection of cylindrical lithium battery cells in battery pack assembly lines. Equipped with a smart camera, industrial computer, and conveyor system, it identifies cell polarity and detects NG cells, with an inspection speed of approximately 1 second per cell.
