High Current 1–20S 200A Charge 300A Discharge BMS Tester Machine For Lithium Battery
ACEY-BP20-200A300A BMS Tester is designed for testing 1-20S battery management systems used in lithium battery pack manufacturing and assembly. It supports charge overcurrent protection testing up to 200A and discharge overcurrent protection testing up to 300A. The tester evaluates overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit protection and recovery functions, while measuring cell voltage, internal resistance, self-consumption, balancing current and balancing voltage. It features adjustable cell voltage simulation, programmable cycle testing from 1 to 9999 cycles, Excel data export and test log tracking. With RS232 computer communication and an MES system interface, it supports test data management and quality control for BMS boards used with lithium-ion, LiFePO4 and lithium cobalt oxide batteries.
BMS Testing: Supports battery management systems with 1-20 series cells.
Protection Testing: Tests overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit and protection recovery functions.
Current Testing: Supports charge overcurrent protection testing up to 200A and discharge overcurrent protection testing up to 300A.
Cell Simulation: Provides adjustable cell voltage simulation from 500mV to 5000mV.
Electrical Measurement: Measures cell voltage, internal resistance, self-consumption and balancing parameters.
Programmable Testing: Supports 1 to 9999 test cycles and configurable test sequences.
Data Management: Exports test data to Excel and records operation logs and abnormal events.
System Communication: Supports RS232 communication and an MES system interface.
Custom Functions: Active balancing, balancing current and communication protocol testing can be customized or selected as optional functions.
