Brief Introduction
It is a three-roller transfer coating equipment, which can be used for continuous coating and intermittent coating. It is convenient to apply for coating on various substrates, especially used for lithium-ion battery industry. This equipment is convenient for users to use, can meet the requirements of coating accuracy and consistency, and with excellent drying effect. It is the ideal choice for lithium-ion batteries, super capacitors, nickel batteries, etc.
Key Features
● The rubber roller is controlled by double servo screws, which can be performed the coating final adjustment according to different viscosity slurry.
● Equipped with substrate connecting platform and separating platform, unwinding tension, double tension ending. Unwinding mechanism, drying oven ending and winding mechanism are all fitted with corrective function.
● Continuous and intermittent coating can be freely switched.
● The substrate is integrated with tension control and fitted with a corrective mechanism to guarantee the stable movement of the substrate belt.
● The design of hot air circulation and upper and lower double-sided blowing ensures efficient and uniform drying effect of the oven.
● 3-roller transfer coating with larger coating width.
● Comma doctor blade metering, with precision adjustment mechanism to obtain high coating accuracy.
● Adopting analog signal to control power heating, the heating system has high precision and long lifetime.
● PLC controller, touch screen operation, parameter can be entered on the touch screen to adjust the thickness gap of the scraper rollers, which is convenient and easy to use.
● Solvent recovery processing device is optional.
