This product is used for heated rolling press of battery materials in the laboratory, like gold and silver precious metal materials, copper and aluminum non-ferrous materials. Heating tubes are placed inside the rollers to ensure temperature uniformity, which is crucial for consistent material properties and performance. The winding and unwinding mechanism enables continuous production, significantly improving the efficiency of electrodes roll press. The rolling thickness and speed can be easily adjusted to accommodate various requirements, enhancing the machine’s versatility and suitability for different materials and applications.

● Equipped with winding and unwinding mechanism for continuous roll pressing of roll substrates.
● Heated roll press, upper and lower thermostats separately control the temperature and digital display.
● The rollers have built-in heating tubes for accurate temperature control and uniform heating.

● The upper and lower rollers are equipped with protective covers to avoid burns during operation.
