The oven inner chamber is made iof stainless steel, and each working chamber runs independently. Automatic cycle for heating, vacuuming, and gas filling. It adopts PLC &Touch screen control system with high automation. The equipment offers short heating time, rapid cooling, and excellent pressure retention, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.

● The equipment adopts text control valves, vacuum and nitrogen filling, high efficiency, saving staff, and good product performance.
● 3 layers stainless steel inner chamber with 3mm thickness, anti-resistance and durable.
● The device is equipped with universal movable casters for moving easily.
● The equipment adopts 304 stainless steel heating tube coiled inside the heating type, uniform temperature control, the device has been monitored at 80 °C, 100 °C, 120 °C and other temperature monitoring points to monitor the temperature before delivery.
● The equipment is sealed with silicone rubber seals, 15mm thick tempered glass door, each door is designed with an observation window.
● Side-door design, each chamber was divided into 3 layers by two stainless steel brackets.
● Elastic double glass door with overpressure protection.
● PID adjustment, small thermal inertia, good temperature control.
