Product Details
The product is an advanced equipment designed for coatings various substrates. It is widely used in all kinds material film coating, like ceramic films, crystal films, battery material film, and special nano films etc. It is designed with bottom heating, this feature ensures efficient drying the coated material, and the heating temperature can be adjustable.
Key Features
● To ensure the safety of equipment operation, we have add a temperature protection device, when the thermometer sensing failure, it can automatically stop heating after reaching the temperature setting value.
● Adopting large area uniform heating to ensure precise and consistent temperature distribution in the chamber.
● Flat plate coating, motor driven doctor blade coating, with stable and adjustable coating speed.
● Vacuum chuck enable placement or removal of substrates such as copper and aluminum foils.
● Standard equipped with doctor blade, high coating precision and adjustable coating thickness.
● Vacuum chuck are available with a built-in vacuum pump or with access to an external vacuum source, enabling the adsorption of substrates without deformation.
● Small size can save space, can be used in glovebox and easy to operate.
● PLC touch screen control, with easy and convenient setting of each parameter.
