Pouch Cell Secondary Vacuum Hot Sealing Machine
Product Details
STC-BEF-300 vacuum sealer is used for pouch cell secondary hot sealing after electrolyte filling and battery formation. It is equipped with auto piercing needle for de-gassing the cell and do a secondary sealing under vacuum condition. 300mm Copper sealing blade, touch screen controlled with high automation.
Key Features
• It has the piercing needle, piercing function can be completed autoamtically.
• 300mm width copper sealing blade with good heating conduction.
• Sealing pressure of upper and lower sealing blade can be adjusted.
• Upper and lower sealing blade temperature can be controlled separated and settable, digital display by thermostat.
• Two start buttons for avoiding hand injured, the lid can go down only by pressing the strat bottons at the same time.
• Touch screen operation, high automation.
• Sealing time cna be set.
• Perspective window for obseving it conveniently during working.
• The lid will open automatically when finish sealing.
